제목 Comparative study of quantitative analysis techniques for Micro- and Nano-sized polysaccharide particles
초록 Various quantitavie analysis methods are available to analyze the amount of polysaccharide particles, however it is time and cost consuming to determine the effective method for analysis. In this study,  
we evaluated each method’s performance and results in the quantitative analysis of polysaccharide particles by comparing quick and effective methods with other known methods.
Micro- and nano-sized β-(1,3)-glucan particles were synthesized as drug delivery carrier to check the immunity and anti cancer effects of isoniazid(INH), pneumonia cure and doxorubicin(DOX), a type of anticancer drug.
Average weight quantitative (AWQ) analysis method was used based on numerous experimental data using the average weight difference between the control group and the experimental group, and the results were compared with the following three methods. (1) Absorbance analysis (2) Fluorescence analysis (3) Absorbance area integration(AAI).
