In this study, to obtain environmental friendly without the use of a surface active agent, isoindoline compound with high thermal resistance and reddish yellow color, it was synthesized at various condition from 1,3-diiminoisoindoline precursor with addition of isoindoline derivatives, and then crystallized at various condition in autoclave. The chemical structure, particle size, color difference, and optical property were evaluate by the means of FT-IR, FE-SEM, UV-Vis spectroscopy, PSA and Zeta potential analyzer. Isoindoline derivatives are added to the crystallization processing mixtures, the samples have enhanced dispersibility, highly thermal resistance, uniformity of particle size. Color change trend was confirmed by synthesis conditions. |
