제목 | Newly Designed Novel Ni(Ⅱ)-Based Catalysts for the Polymerization of Ethylene |
초록 | In 1995, brookhart group have reported the polymerization of ethylene by using cationic Ni (Ⅱ) α-diimine complexes. We were interested in exploring and synthesizing some new ligands in order to develop new late-transition metal complexes for olefin polymerization catalysis. Here we reported the synthesis of new ligands modified with α-diimine based on the above-mentioned catalysts. The new catalysts were observed high activity for the ethylene polymerization. The influence of the ligand substituents on the catalystic activity was investigated. Polymerization with these catalysts was conducted under a varity of temperatures and cocatalysts. We also carried out the ethylene polymerization at various cocatalyst concentrations. The polyethylene has been characterized by NMR, GPC and DSC.
