Synthesis and characterization of ethylenediamine-cored n-type dopant compounds for graphene |
| 초록 |
Recently amine based organic compounds have been used as surface functionalized chemical materials for graphene by decreasing the work-function of graphene as n-type dopants. We synthesized several tetraphenylethylenediamine derivatives that have four aryl groups attached on ethylenediamine. Our efforts for preparations, structure analyses and characterizations of n-type properties on graphene will be discussed. |
