제목 Flexible Transparent Conducting Thin Films from Single-walled Carbon Nanotube with Polymeric Dispersant
초록 Many candidates have been proposed to replace Indium tin oxide in transparent conductive film. Carbon nanotube (CNT) has been considered as promising material due to their unique electrical properties. In particular, single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) possess outstanding electrical mobility and conductivity. However, often dispersion of CNT is a challenge for fabrication of transparent conductive film because CNT is bundled by strong π–π interaction between intertubes. To overcome these challenge, we synthesized poly((2-dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate-co-furfuryl methacrylate) as a polymeric dispersant for CNT dispersion. Dispersed CNTs were coated on flexible substrate, polyethylene terephthalate. To enhance electrical conductivity TCFs were chemically treated to remove impurity and p-type doping with HNO3 and SOCl2. Chemically treated TCFs show the sheet resistance and transmittance (at 550 nm), 85.75 Ωsq–1 at 85% and it is retained after repeated to 50 bending cycles.
