제목 Aluminum coating on carbon nanotubes by using an electroplating method
초록 The vertically aligned multi-walled carbon nanotubes were grown on titanium nitride subtrate by thermal CVD with a nickel layer as a catalyst. By using conventional electroplating system with three electrodes, the cell was designed with AlCl3 precursor and THF as an electrolyte. The behavior of aluminum particles deposition on carbon nanotubes was observed in terms of current and time curve. Aluminum nanoparticles were decorated with high dispersion on MWCNT and were observed by SEM, XRD, and TEM.
