제목 SERS Substrate based on High Density Arrays of Silver Nanoclusters prepared byBlock Copolymer Micelles
초록 We fabricated surface enhance Raman scattering (SERS) substrates based on the high density array of silver nanoclusters prepared by block copolymer micelles. For this purpose, we employed crew-cut type polystyrene-block-poly(4-vinylpyridine) copolymer (PS-b-P4VP) micelles Silver ions (Ag+) were coordinated with poly(4-vinylpyridine) chains, and reduced to silver nanoparticles after reduction with sodium borohydride. The inter-particle distance between the nanaocluster was carefully adjusted by using different block ratios and total molecular weights of PS-b-P4VP. The size and shape of silver nanocluster was analyzed by high resolution transmission electron microscopy. We measured Raman intensity by adsorbing crystal violet on the silver nanoclusters and obtained very good SERS enhancement factor with excellent reproducibility.
