제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Novel Phosphorescent Materials for Solution Processable OLEDs
초록 In this work, we designed and synthesized novel phosphorescent materials that can be applied to solution processed organic light-emitting diodes. We introduced several kinds of silyl substituents on pyridine ring of the ligand, and iridium complexes based on those lignands were prepared. Chemical and optical properties of the iridum complexes were characterized by NMR spectroscopy, UV-vis spectroscopy, photoluminescence spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, and etc. Solutions for OLED fabrication were prepared by dissolving the iridium complexes with suitable host and other charge transporting materials. The effect of th substituents on OLED device characteristics were also investigated.
