초록 | Inorganic-organic lead halide perovskite materials have attracted a lot of attention in photovoltaics because of its superior properties and simple fabrication process and recently their power conversion efficiency has achieved more than 22%. However, the toxicity issue for lead still remains unrevealed and limits the further practical commercialization of lead-based perovskite solar cells (PSCs). In this regard, alternative metals including Sn, Bi, Ge, and Sb with less toxicity than Pb, have been suggested by many researchers. Among them, tin-based perovskite materials are regarded as the most promising candidate due to its excellent optical and electrical properties. However, the instability of Sn2+ upon exposure to air is still problematic point which causes the unwanted p-type doping in the perovskite film. In this presentation, we will talk about the recent progress of tin-based PSCs and introduce our approaches to reduce Sn vacancy caused by the oxidation of Sn2+. |
