제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Truxene Derivatives for Blue Organic Light Emitting Diodes
초록 We report blue organic light-emitting devices fabricated by solution process utilizing truxene derivatives, TR-3TPA and SF-TR-SF. The maximum peaks of PL spectra for TR-3TPA, SF-TR-SF were observed at 466 nm and 447 nm, respectively. The structure of light emitting device was ITO/PEDOT:PSS/EML(50nm)/BAlq(20nm)/ LiF(1nm)/Al(200nm). The device efficiency is depended on the changes of side groups in truxene derivatives. The best EL efficiency of the devices obtained by TR-3TPA and SF-TR-SF compounds were found to be (3.66cd/A) and (0.25cd/A) for blue emission with a Commission Internationale d’Eclairage (CIEx,y) coordinates of (0.186,0.293) and (0.163,0146), respectively.
