제목 Organic Light-Emitting Device based on Thermally Stable Carbazole-Containing Hole Transport Materials with Imide structure.
초록 Organic light-emitting device (OLED) have attracted a great interest in applications to flat panel displays owing to their high luminous efficiency, low driving voltage, tunable colors as well as convenient design of the device structures, and low fabrication cost compared to other display devices. However, their environmental properties, especially thermal stability have been important issues for the long-term efficiency and life time of OLEDs. In this sense, We introduced imide moiety into molecular structure. We synthesized carbazolecontaining hole transporting materials with imide structure to present better OLED’s thermal stability. In this study, We fabricated devices based on carbazole containing hole transport materials and measured their electrical, electroluminescence property and device performance.
