제목 A simple and efficient electron injection material based on triazine for high performance and stable polymer solar cells
초록 Electron injection material (EIM) is very important to improving the PCE and long-term stability of an OPV cell that utilizes a high work function cathode. In this scenario, a novel EIM i.e., PO-TAZ is designed and synthesized through an effective and yet simple combination of triarylphosphine oxide and 1,3,5-triazine unit for OPV application. PO-TAZ remarkably tailors the work function of the metal/metal-oxides and also further it can be successfully used as dipole layer. Consequently, insertion of PO-TAZ layer leads to a state-of-the-art 10.04% and 9.93% for single-stack bulk heterojunction inverted blend structures comprising PTB7-Th and PTB7 as donors respectively, and [6,6]-phenyl-C71-butyric acid methyl ester as acceptor. More importantly, the devices with PO-TAZ exhibited high stability retaining 88% of the original efficiency compared to the devices without PO-TAZ after 60 days.
