Effects of PCL-based Tri-block Copolymers on W1/O/W2 Multi-emulsion Microcapsules Containing Ascorbic Acid-2-Glucoside |

W1/O/W2 multiemulsion microcapsules containing ascorbic acid-2-glucoside were prepared using biodegradable triblock copolymers; poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(caprolactone)-poly(ethylene glycol). The multi-emulsion microcapsules were characterized with respect to time-dependent colloidal stability and morphology. Colloidal stability was analyzed by using prussian blue dye technique and trubiscan method. Morphology of the microcapsules were observed by using laser confocal microscope with FITC dye.
