제목 Nanostructured Materials Embedded BHJ Solar Cells
초록 This presentation will introduce several controlled nanostructures for the applications toorganic solar cells. The first part of the presentation focuses on positive effects of shape controlled Au, Ag, and graphene quantum dots in organic bulk hetero junction–based photovoltaic devices. The use of an optimized shapes and concentration of Au, Ag and graphene quantum dot nanomaterials in the bulk-hetero junction film increases Jsc, FF, and the IPCE. In the second part of the presentation, Iwillpresent several examples of solid transfer printing of PEDOT:PSS layer and BHJ layer for organic solar cells. Organic photovoltaic devices have been fabricated by solution processing using liquids that contain organic semiconductors. Interestingly, we found that the physical properties of adry transferred PEDOT:PSS layer and BHJ layer were different from those of conventional spin-coated ones even though they are made of same material.This unique finding promises to be a valuable processing pathway which has the potential to solve the major drawback of the low efficiency and degradation problem in organic photovoltaic devices.
