제목 Pattern formation within the fluorescent photopolymer media by multi-beam interference method
초록 The formation of multi-dimensional organic structures over the large area without any defects is available using the laser beam-coupling patterning method. The selective polymerization is occurred when it was exposed to the coherence beam-profiles. Without photo-mask, well-ordered structure which contained micron/submicron scale pattern was well generated. These results matched well with the calculated beam-profiles based on the refractive index of the photopolymer and beam incident angle to the photopolymer surface. The effect of pattern formation on the photopolymer will be discussed.
