제목 Patterning of Multi-walled Carbon Nanotube into Honeycomb Pattern by the Help of Cellulose Triacetate
초록 The fabrications of regularly ordered structure in the MWNT are reported. The regularly ordered honeycomb patterned arrangement of MWNT film was prepared by calcinations of patterned cellulose triacetate/MWNT composite films. The composites were prepared by the dispersion of pretreated MWNTs into the CTA solution in chloroform with varying amounts of MWNT (10, 20, and 30 w/w%). Highly ordered polymer films of the composites are produced by evaporating a solution of polymer dissolved in a volatile solvent under humid conditions. After preparing a patterned porous polymer film by the composites, the polymer films are calcinated at about 300 o C. Then pure MWNT film with patterned structure was obtained by the degradation of all the organic components. Depending on the MWNT amount, the pattern was varied.
