| 제목 | Synthesis and Characterization Noble Copolymer for Organic Thin Film Transistor |
| 초록 | Organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) have attracted great interests in both industrial and academic research communities as low-cost alternatives to traditional silicon based transistors for electronic applications in the past two decades. The new copolymer was synthesized by Suzuki coupling reaction and used as an active material for organic thin film transistor(OTFTs). The copolymer has good solubility in common organic solvent such as toluene, tetrahydrofuran(THF), chloroform, chlorobenzene and dichlorobenzene. |
