While highly industrialized country may have a high economic level, literacy rate, and life expectancy, but we usually suffer a problem that is growing more serious every year environmental pollution. We are widely known that pollution of environment is very serious. Therefore we need to remove contaminants. Various ion exchange groups were introduced into the polymer chains grafted onto a fiber for phenol and iron remove in wastewaters by radiation-induced graft polymerization and subsequent functionalization of a monomer containing an epoxy group. Moreover adsorption characteristic of phenol and iron by ion exchange fibers were researched. |
