제목 Effect of acrylic acid content on the properties of UV-cured Optical Elastic Resin for LCD module
초록 Novel optical elastic resins were synthesized by photo polymerization of the mixture consisting of acryl rubber, acrylic acid, and reactive oligomer with photo initiator. These acryl rubber-based resins possessed not only good transparency and adhesion performance but also durability, shock resistance, and stability. The reaction rate and extent of UV curing were found to be strongly dependent on the functionality of reactive acrylic oligomer. Various optical elastic resins were prepared depending on the contents of acrylic acid. Adhesion properties of optical elastic resin were affected by acrylic acid content. The crosslinked structure of UV cured optical elastic resin performed an important role in the adhesion and mechanical properties.
