Development of molecular level p-n-heterojunction using pentacene and fullerene (C60) |
| 초록 |
A molecular level p-n-heterojunction based on pentacene and fullerene is developed in the present study. Synthetic procedure for the preparation of molecular level p-n-heterojunction using pentacene and C60 is demonstrated here. The results observed from UV-vis, FT-IR and photoluminescence spectroscopy confirm the formation of covalent linkage between pentacene and C60. The vast decrease in the emission intensity of C60-pentacene derivative was observed, which indicates the emission of pentacene is quenched by the C60. |
