제목 Synthesis of chiral stationary phase based on silica ball by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP)
초록 Atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) technique is very efficient for grafting from solid surfaces. Also, ATRP allows better control over the molecular weight and distribution of the target polymer, much attention has been paid to the use of this polymerization method in the synthesis of polymer brushes from a surface.In this study, we prepareda new chiral stationary phase by ATRP. Firstly, we prepared the chiral vinyl monomed of N-(1-naphthalen-2-yl)ethyl)acrylamide, NEAm, by reaction of (+)-1-(1-naphthyl)ethylamine and acryloyl chloride. and initiator-grafted silica via ATRP.The chiral stationary phase, CSP, with poly(NEAm) was prepared by ATRP.
