제목 Drug Release Behaviors of Heparin-based Nanoparticles for Tumor-targeted Drug Delivery
초록 A ligand-mediated nanoparticulate drug carrier composed of heparin-based copolymers was designed and synthesized. The heparin-based copolymers heparin-poly(β-benzyl-L-aspartate) (HP) were found to have low anticoagulant activity, which were suggested to be safe drug carriers without the risk of inducing hemorrhage. These self-assembled amphiphilic HP copolymeric micelles are capable of encapsulating hydrophobic anticancer drug in their hydrophobic cores in aqueous solutions. In this study, the encapsulation of Paclitaxel was investigated. The drug loading content, encapsulation efficiency and in vitro drug release profile were characterized.
