제목 Preparation and characterization of hydroxy alkyl amidine/silica by impregnation for CO2 capture
초록 Hydroxy alkyl amidine (HAM) derivatives  can capture and store CO2 in quantitative manner and capture/release CO2 reversely under dry conditions. The HAM was impregnated into porous silica particles to form solid CO2 sorbents, which can help to release the heat of reaction and to enhance the CO2 capture efficiency by increasing surface area.  Here we present dry sorbent which was prepared with HAM and porous silica, such as MCM-41 or SBA-15, to evaluate the performance of the material in terms of CO2 capture and release. This dry solid sorbent was characterized by XRD, TGA and N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm.
