Polymer electrolyte containing lithium form for lithium ion batteries |

The secondary battery is a semi-permanently usable battery and is attracting attention as an eco-friendly part. Lithium-ion batteries are the most efficient. Among the electrolytes used in lithium-ion batteries, ultraviolet curable electrolytes are reacting at room temperature, fast reaction rates, and thermal stability. We have developed a new UV curable LiFSI electrolyte based on methacrylamide and fluorosulfonyl isocyanate (FSO2NCO). The acrylic functional group of methacryl amide reacted with fluorosulfonyl isocyanate activates uv curing to gel state, and the hydrogen of the fluorosulfonyl isocyanate group is substituted with lithium ion. After UV curing, the resulting electrolyte has improved mechanical stability, thermal stability and ionic conductivity. We will be studied by 1H NMR spectroscopy and Fourier Transform Infrared properties will be measured. The electrical analysis and conductivities of the electrolytes in solvent and film state are also studied. |
