제목 | Fluorescent Probes for Tumor Diagnosis |
초록 | In this presentation, we will discuss interesting fluorescent probes for tumor imaging with enzymatically activated fluorophores. The activatable fluorescent probes from hemi-cyanine was developed for selective and sensitive detection of tumor-enridched g−glutamyltranspeptidase (GGT).[1, 2] The probes exhibited a dramatic fluorescence enhancement (F/F0 = 10) or ratiometric florescence response upon the addition of GGT with a limit of detection of 0.15 mU/mL and were applied for the successful detection of colon cancer in the mouse model.
