제목 | Bioenergy production using anaerobic digestion |
초록 | In this study, organic matter removal, methane production and microbial changes in a thermophilic anaerobic process were compared with those in a mesophilic anaerobic reactor. Microbial community structures were examined by quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) and high-throughput pyrosequencing at five different FWW mixing ratios since there are no previous reports comparing the bacteria community in thermophilic AcoD (TAcoD) and mesophilic AcoD (MAcoD) of WAS and FWW. As the load of FWW was increased, methane production rate (MPR; L CH4/L d) and methane content (%) in both TAcoD and Mesophilic AcoD (MAcoD) increased significantly. Further qPCR and highthroughput pyrosequencing investigations demonstrated remarkable differences in microbial species between TAcoD and MAcoD and major phylotype shifts depending on changes in the FWW load. Taken together, this study demonstrated the dynamics of key microbial populations, which were highly consistent with reactor performance. |
