Application and Manufacturing Process on Coloring Material of Abalone Shell by Ultrasonic Waveand Acids |
| 초록 |
In order to overcome the disposal problem of commodity a coloring material of abalone shell and It's beads used in convenient and high costs of natural coloring material as an antioxidant agents. It was environmentally friendly blends of modify hydrophilic polysaccharide materials were prepared and coloring material of abalone shell/chitosan, abalone shell powder blends with various weight ratios were prepared using a solution blending system with protic solvents. In addition, coloring material of abalone shell extracted by mineral acid and organic acidwere used in this study to investigate their effects on the physical properties and application. |
