Fabrication of biodegradable polymer nanocomposites by electron beam irradiation |
| 초록 |
In this study, biodegradable PCL/multi-functional POSS nanocomposites were prepared by solution blending followed by electron beam irradiation. The crosslinking degree of the irradiated nanocomposites increased with an increasing dose up to 40 kGy above which it leveled off. The thermal and mechanical properties of the irradiated nanocomposites were improved due to the formation of crosslinked networks in the nanocomposites by electron beam irradiation. |
