The magnetic properties of acryl composites filled with ferromagnetic sendust are investigated. The random-shaped sendust is rolling-treated by using an attrition milling machine in an ethanol solution at room temperature, dried at 100 oC for 24 h and then heat-treated at 800 oC for 2 h to obtain disc-shaped flake with an average diameter of 47.5 ㎛. The composites are prepared by using solution method and fabricated with sheet forms. The sheets were stacked into uniform thickness. In order to improve on dispersion of filler in matrix, the cationic, anionic and nonionic surfactants are added to the composites. The magnetic properties of the composites according to variation of type powder, surfactants and frequency are investigated. The composite to add anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) 1.5 wt.% is shown low viscosity and good stack, so the composite is the highest permeability. |
