the interest in solution-processable small molecular has been increasing for BHJ photovoltaic applications, because of the advantages of definite structure, easy purification, high purity and good photovoltaic performance reappearance. 6-(2-thienyl)-4H-thieno[3,2-b]indole (TTI) was modified from carbazole moiety. The TTIBT(HS-5534) and TTIMBI(HS-5535) were synthesized by stille reaction and evaluated in OPVs. The solid films of TTIBT and TTIMBI show absorption bands with maximum peaks at about 553-762 nm and 604-821 nm. The HOMO and LUMO levels of TTIBT and TTIMBI were exhibited at -5.32 eV and -3.50 eV, -5.29 eV and -3.61 eV, respectively. The small molecule has good thermal stability. The HOMO–LUMO energy bandgaps of this material shows 1.69 eV and 1.57 eV for TTIBT and,TTIMBI. |
