제목 Water-Soluble Superparamagnetic Nanobeads of Size and Shape Controllable Iron Oxide Nanoparticle
초록 We have designed and prepared monodisperse, size and shape controllable, and highly crystalline nanocrystal. Metal-oleate complex consisting of metal precursors and sodium oleated is dissolved in water-ethanol-toluene solution, and we inject the oleic acid passivating the metal precursors and hydrazine decomposing the metal-oleic acid complex. We were able to synthesize about 20g of magnetite nanocrystals with low reaction temperature. Iron oxide nanaparticle can be entrapped within PLGA, the biodegradable material. Inside the hydrophilic surface, hydrophobic condition is constituted, so that drug can be delivered with nanoparticle encapsulated with PLGA.
