Characterization of Molecular Electronic Devices and Polymer Memory |

In this talk, the charge transport of molecular selfassembled monolayers (SAMs) is studied using various characterization platforms, in which lateral areas span from the nanometer to the micrometer scale. The conduction mechanisms are studied and statistical analysis is performed to deduce more accurate transport parameters for the molecular systems. Device application of organic non-volatile memories will also be discussed. |
