Synthesis and electroluminescence properties of diisopropylpyrene derivatives |

SNIPNS and ONIPNO were synthesized by boration, Buchwald-Hartwig amination and Suzuki aryl-aryl coupling. Optical properties were examined by UV-Vis. absorption spectra and PL spectra. The UV-Vis. absorption spectra of SNIPNS and ONIPNO showed maximum absorption wavelength of 441 and 439 nm in film states. The PL spectra of SNIPNS and ONIPNO showed maximum emission wavelengths of 481 and 477 nm in film states. A non-doped OLED was fabricated using the synthesized material as an emitting material. SNIPNS and ONIPNO exhibited current efficiency of 3.89 and 4.09 cd/A. |
