Synthesis of vertically aligned carbon nanotubes on carbon-based substrates |
| 초록 |
Single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) were grown vertically on carbon fiber and carbon paper. Carbon based substrates deposited by aluminum (Al) / iron (Fe). SWNTs were synthesized by using ethylene gas and water supplied by using the bubbler. The morphology and structure of SWNTs were observed with the field emission scanning electron microscope and high-resolution transmission electron microscope. Using Raman spectroscopy in the breath mode region, single-walled carbon nanotubes can be determined. |
