Improving the mechanical properties and thermal stabilities of PA 6 grafted graphene oxide/polyketone nanocomposites |
초록 |
PA 6 grafted graphene oxide(PA6-GO) was prepared by in situ polymerization. This material can be used as a filler for nanocomposites with PA6 miscible polymers such as polyketone. Polyketone nanocomposites with different PA6-GO loading were directly dispersed in HFIP with sonication. The polyketone composite films were prepared by a solution casting and then the mechanical properties and thermal stability were measured. Tensile strength increased by 28% relative to the pure polyketone for PA6-GO loadings at 0.01 wt. % and the toughness of the composite was dramatically enhanced at small PA6-GO loading. And the incorporation of graphene into polymer matrix increases the thermal stability. |
