In this study, nanoemulsions were prepared using simple method without additional instruments such as microfludizer and high-pressure homogenizer. To enhancing skin penetration of nano-emulsion, we used intercellular lipids including ceramide, cholesterol, and phospholipid. These are spontaneously formed to nanoemulsions in aqueous environment. These nanoemulsions were stable at various temperature conditions up to 6 months depending on size and surface charge. The new manufacturing method of nanoemulsion would be helpful to stabilize hydrophobic ingredients and to save time and energy. |
