제목 Evaluation of Enhanced Electrochromic Properties of Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) on the basis of Nano-Structure System
초록 The effect of nano-structured surface for electrochromic display application was studied by introducing electrochemically or chemically synthesized Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) deposited electrodes. Si wafer with nanowires was used as substrate having enormously increased surface area and void volume for intense coloring and fast charge transport. Also, direct adsorption of PEDOT to TiO2 nanoparticle by chemical polymerization was tried on ITO glass electrode. Experiments were focused on characterization of electrochromic properties of nano-structured EC electrodes comparing to PEDOT synthesized on ITO glass. The electrochromic properties including response time were measured by potentiostat and UV-Vis absorbance and the morphology was analyzed by AFM, and FE-SEM.
