초록 | Kinetic tests on pyrolysis of waste automobile lubricating oil in a free oxygen atmosphere were carried out with a thermal gravimetric (TG) technique at heating ratesof 0.5, 1, and 2℃/min. Pyrolysis temperature of waste automobile lubricating oil for theexperiment of tubing reactor, from the variation of the instantaneous reaction rate withtemperature at different heating rates for pyrolysis of waste automobile lubricating oil,were determined. The reaction temperature was in the range 420 ~ 440 ℃. Volatileproducts obtained from the pyrolysis of waste automobile lubricating oil, carried out intubing reactor, were identified by GC and quantitatively determined. A lump model isproposed which considers a combination of series and parallel reactions for oil formation.The product oil was analyzed by simulated distillation method. Conversion data fittedfirst order kinetics throughout for C12 ~ C25 and C5 ~ C11. The kinetic parameterswere determined by nonlinear least-squares regression of the experimental data. Thesecalculated values of the product distribution were found to be in good agreement withthe experimental data. The lumped kinetics has been rationalized accordingly to thepyrolysis of waste automobile lubricating oil. |
