제목 Polythiophene Nanoparticles Prepared by Fe3+ Catalyzed Oxidative Chemical Polymerization in the Aqueous Medium
초록 Polythiophene(PT) nanoparticles were directly prepared by Fe3+-catalyzed oxidative polymerization of thiophene emulsion in aqueous phase. Polymers were initiated by oxidant using the FeCl3/H2O2 (catalyst/oxidant) combination system. At the optimized reaction condition, monomer percent conversion was 99%. PT nanoparticles size was about 30nm and photoemission wavelength of PT emulsion solution shifted from gold region to red region by maximum absorption. Moreover, polythiophene nanoparticles have completely various properties through controlling amount of H2O2. One of various characters is different luminescence.
