제목 | Hydrothermal grown VO2 nano particles based for thermal cutting off |
초록 | Vanadium dioxide (VO2), has received considerable attention due to its interesting temperature-dependent optical and electrical properties induced by reversible phase transformation. This makes VO2 a promising material for applications such as thermochromic pigments,thermal sensors, smart IR optical windows. In this study , we prepared the VO2 powders for the potential application for thermochromic smart windows. The VO2 powder was prepared by V2O5 and Oxalic acid as the chemical precursors. The VO2 powder surface morphology was investigated by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). The structural properties were investigated by X ray diffraction. The prepared VO2 was spin coated on the glass and fabricated for the smart windows, the optical properties depending on the temperature were studied systematically.
