제목 Controlled release of ketoprofen from porous polylactic acid(PLA) nanofibers
초록 The use of electrospun fibers as drug carriers could be promising in the future for biomedical application. In this research work, electrospun fiber were developed as a new system for the delivery of ketofrofen as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug(NSAID). The electrospun fibers were prepared from polylactic acid(PLA) as a biodegradable polymer. The release of the ketoprofen was followed by UV-vis spectroscopy in phosphate buffer of pH 7.4 at 37 and 20 oC. The morphology of the drug-loaded electrospun PLA fibers was observed by a field emission scaning electron microscopy(FE-SEM). Thermal porperties of the drug-loaded electrospun PL fibers were analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).
