Building-up a capillary electrophoresis system having both UV and electrochemical detectors |
| 초록 |
A simple off-column electrochemical detector was designed and controlled by computerized homemade galvano-potentiostate, which then combined to a commercial capillary electrophoresis with on-column UV detection. This system can be used to separate different kinds of sample. The report presents primitive data of using Micellar Electrokinetic Capillary Chromatography with simultaneous UV and electrochemical detectors for some sample separations. Absorption and electrochemical properties of the samples are also investigated. |
