제목 Functionalized Sol-Gel Materials for Photorefractive Application(Ⅲ)
초록 Photorefractive(PR) materials have attracted much attention as a principle medium for holographic display, holographic data storage, and image processing.
We have investigated the PR properties of the pseudo sol-gel matrix composed of nonlinear optical chromophore, charge-transporting molecules, and plasticizer with a small amount of 2,4,7-trinitro-9-fluorenone(TNF) as photosensitizer.
In this work, we describe the effect of charge generation to the photorefractivity by using different concentration of TNF. The charge-transfer character of TNF with photoconductor was evaluated with the absorption spectra in order to obtain charge generation in wavelength region of interest. PR properties of the film were characterized by degenerated four wave mixing and two-beam coupling technique to evaluate the diffraction efficiency and the net coupling gain coefficient. Enhanced photorefractivity were considered as the effect of photoconductivity and charge generation of photosensitizer.
