제목 Highly efficient perovskite solar cell employing a novel random copolymer, TTB-TTQ
초록  We report a highly efficient perovskite hybrid solar cell employing a novel D–pi–A conducting polymeric HTM (TTB-TTQ) based on thiophene and benzothiadiazole as an alternative to spiro-MeOTAD. The addition of LiTFSI salt and tBP to TTB-TTQ resulted in a rough film surface with a fibril structure and improved charge transport. We demonstrated a perovskite solar cell with the highest power conversion efficiency of 14.1 %, which is 22.6 % greater than that of a device employing a spiro-MeOTAD. This new kind of polymer is expected to help to open the road for an alternative to spiro-MeOTAD
