| 제목 | Flexible 4 bit organic memory cell constructed using conducting polymer |
| 초록 | In this presentation, a simple printing method to fabricate 4 bit memory cells will be presented using tailored nanostructure of poly(ethylenedioxythiophene) derivatives (PEDOTD). Printing procedures to construct 4 bit memory cell on PET film with stable write-read-erase characteristics will be introduced in detail. Futhermore, printed 4 bit memory cell will be demonstrated. |
