제목 Mechanism of high Open-Circuit Voltage in Tandem Polymer Solar Cells with Titanium Oxide Interlayer
초록 Recently, all solution processed tandem polymer solar cells with 6.5% power conversion efficiency have been reported. In these tandem polymer solar cells, a transparent titanium oxide(TiOx) layer connects two individual cells, and the open circuit voltage(Voc) of the tandem cells corresponds to the sum of the Voc of each individual cell. However, the sum of Voc in the tandem cell can be achieved through a thermal annealing up to around 150℃ together with white-light illumination. In this work, we investigate the origin of those two processes for recovering Voc by investigating the contact potentials of the TiOx layer. We also suggest a voltage recovery model in tandem polymer solar cell with TiOx layer.
