제목 Perovskite solar cell based on three dimensional interconnected TiO2 nano-bundle scaffold layer
초록 Recently, perovskite solar cell is the most spotlight solar cell for next generation. Especially, perovskite solar cell based on TiO2 scaffold layer is often chosen because of a lot of electrical advantage. In this paper, we coated TiO2 nano-bundles (NBs) as scaffold layer which were easily synthesized using hydrothermal reaction and the morphology can be controlled by ratio of solvents at reaction process. Through this NBs structure, perovskite precursor could be deeply infiltrated into spacious pore and densely fill in the scaffold layer. Consequently, it decreased series resistance and increased high shunt resistance. Perovskite solar cell based on TiO2 NBs scaffold exhibited high power-conversion efficiency (PCE) of 14.16 %, which is improvement of 18 % compared with perovskite solar cell based on TiO2 NPs (18-NRT) scaffold layer, where PCE was 11.99 %.
