제목 | Highly selective and rapid detection of geosmin based on an aptamer-conjugated graphene field-effect transistor |
초록 | Recently, as the earth’s temperature rose, the algae also increased. In particular, cyanobacteria which is one of the species of the algae release geosmin that is one of the earthy odor compounds. In order to prevent the occurrence of algae in real time, it is necessary to detect minute concentrations of geosmin. In this study, a field-effect transistor using graphene and highly responsive aptamer were combined. Using the device, geosmin was successfully detected with a high sensitivity of 0.01 ~ 0.1 nM. In various applications, the sensor platform can be applied to detect harmful substances in water sources.
