제목 Enhanced Efficiency of Low temperature Plastic Dye-sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC) fabricated by using Electrospray Technique
초록 Flexible plastic dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) are attracting much attention for commercial applications due to easy and low cost manufacturing. However, flexible plastic substrates are limited to heat above 150 °C. In this study, we introduced electrospray method to prepare a binder-free TiO2 paste at low temperature. TiO2 (P25, Degussa) solution dispersed in EtOH by bead-mill was prepared directly onto FTO/glass and ITO-PEN film. It shows the TiO2 spheres structure of sizes ranging from 300 to 800 nm by SEM and TEM. Electrosprayed TiO2 electrode was hot-pressed and then dried at 150 °C for 10 min. In addition, Photovoltaic performance increases through Ar plasma treatment compared to pre-treatment.
