제목 Preparation of fluorescent pattern using conjugated polymer attaching rhodamine 6G derivative
초록 Patterning using conjugated polymers have been attracted great attention because conjugated polymers have mechanical flexibility and luminescent characteristics. A variety of methods can be used for patterning conjugated polymers, including photolithorgraphy. So we designed conjugated polymer for spin-coated thin-film. And we attached rhodamine 6G derivative to side chain of conjugated polymer. As well-known rhodamine 6G derivative has fluorescence in acidic condition. In neutral condition, fluorescence of conjugated polymer was emitted in thin film. However, in acidic condition, fluorescence of rhodamine 6G derivative was emitted together with conjugated polymer. Finally, We prepared spin-coated thin-film of conjugated polymer doped with photoacid generator. Then, photomask was located on film substrate and UV was illuminated. In the exposed area, fluorescence was changed because photoacid generator caused acidic condition. Then we could controlled patterning various designs on film.
